Why we build
Kode Vision is a software house in Lahore that builds business systems for the people who run them every day. Instalify is what we build here: installment and lease businesses across Pakistan were working from notebooks and spreadsheets, losing money to records nobody could trust and to defaulters who moved between shops unnoticed. We build the system those businesses actually need — and then keep running it with them, release after release.

Founder & CEO
Muhammad Faisal founded Kode Vision in 2018 and leads the team behind Instalify. He works directly with the installment and lease businesses that use it — the shops, dealers and showrooms whose day-to-day problems decide what goes into the product next. Instalify grew out of that work: one system for recovery, inventory and multi-branch accounting, shaped by how these businesses actually operate rather than by how software usually assumes they do.
