Yes. Instalify uses granular, permission-based access — every module (customers, accounts, transactions, inventory, accounting, reports) has its own permission keys, and you assign exactly the ones each role needs. A cashier can record payments without being able to edit a lease account's sale price, for example. Editing sensitive financial details on an account sits behind an even higher permission tier for extra protection.

Day Closing walks each branch through reconciling its cash position at the end of every business day before the next day is allowed to open — carrying forward correct opening balances automatically. Month Closing does the same at a higher level, giving you a clean, permanently closed monthly financial picture instead of a number that keeps shifting. New master records (customers, accounts, products) can't be created until the current day has been opened, which prevents backdated or out-of-sequence entries.

Instalify includes a full reporting suite: Pendency Reports (due/overdue accounts by officer, branch, or date), Daily Installment Sales Reports (DISR/DDISR), the Daily Sales & Recovery Summary with monthly targets, Sales Incentive Reports, Outstanding and Account Statement reports, Stock Balance and Stock Ledger reports, Accounts and Sub-Head Summary reports, and an Activity Logs audit report for owners. For safety, the assistant never submits a form on your behalf — you always review and press Save yourself. It also only offers pages and forms your account already has permission to access.

Every lease sale and every installment payment generates an auto-numbered, printable transaction slip automatically, and past slips can be reprinted on demand from the transaction log if a duplicate is needed. Account statements, stock invoices, and day-closing summaries are all print-ready as well, formatted for A4 so they're ready to hand to a customer or file.
